So often we question whether something is right for us, and when we start to question whatever that is we stop ourselves from pushing forward. I get the opportunity to talk about Financial Coaching often at events and presentations, and those listening are usually very sure they would benefit from scheduling a session. On the flip side, there are many people who have thought about starting financial coaching and yet hesitate to contact a Financial Coach to gather more information. If you are one of those people who are thinking it might be helpful and hasn’t reached out to us yet, I want to lend you a helping hand by giving you some ideas of when you should contact us.
Seek a Financial Coach when…
- You want to reduce stress. Studies prove financial stress can lower your IQ temporarily. This means your ability to make decisions about the problems you face becomes significantly more difficult. It creates a barrier between you and your goal. Financial Coaching can help you regain control over your financial life.
- You want to make a change. You know something isn’t working the way you want it and decide to change your tactics. When you are open to making behavior changes, this means you are more likely to be open to the coaching process. Studies show Financial Coaching is effective in helping you make the changes you need to reach the goals you have set and improve your overall financial well-being.
- You are in transition. Your life is changing and there are many new decisions to make. Whether you are starting a new job, buying a home, or separating from military service, Financial Coaching can help you maintain control of your financial life. Overall, the decisions you make through coaching will help to ease the transition.
Wherever you are in life, we will meet you there. Whenever you are ready to start, we are here to help.
